Aying’s Pastillas, founded on 1995, in Cabiao, Nueva Ecija, focuses on producing Pastillas De Leche crafted from carabao's milk and sugar. The owner started the business by using his wife's first salary from working abroad, after experiencing financial troubles with their rice business, then began selling pastillas. Although facing difficulties in procuring carabao milk and facing competition from other buyers, the owner was able to innovate by presenting different flavors such as buko pandan, langka, ube, and yema. The business has since expanded to another branch and provides chances for resellers and distributors. By showing resilience and adaptability, Aying's Pastillas has evolved from its humble origins to become a well-known pasalubong business in the area.
