Initially selling the classic white version, the owner innovated by introducing flavors like malunggay, blue ternate, sugar beets, and carrots, which became popular with customers. Increased demand allowed her to establish a physical store, but the pandemic forced a temporary closure. Leveraging social media and delivery services, she successfully revived and grew the business. Each colorful lumpiang sariwa, made from ingredients like ubod, singkamas, and lettuce, is sold for 53 pesos, and the business now employs several staff members, providing job opportunities for others.
